Anders Wahlborg
What about taking your next step in an agile direction - right now?
Anders has more than 20 years of experience from a combination of software and hardware development in very complex, international environments. This has e.g. required skills in project management, operational development, requirement management, coaching and most of all change management.
With almost 15 years of experience from lean-agile software and hardware development, primarily within telecom, IT and automotive, his experience makes Anders very suitable for assignments such as lean-agile coach, change leader, line manager or similar. Preferably within businesses where there is a high demand for coordination skills, efficient communication, change management, abilities to take initiative and an ability to understand and coordinate based on a holistic view.
Anders’ lean-agile skills and experience from various implementations are mainly based on Scrum, Kanban and SAFe as the framework for large scale implementations. Anders has several different certifications in these areas.

Jörgen Karlsson is an experienced Lean-Agile Coach, Mentor, and Trainer, with a proven track record and more than 30 years of experience in product development in different leading positions requiring agile, lean, project management, business development, change management, and coaching skills. As an Agile Coach, trainer, and mentor, he has participated in several large-scale agile transformations. In addition, he has conducted several SAFe trainings, both in-house and open courses, and has more than 1500 students trained in different SAFe classes and other Agile classes.
Success factors in his assignments have been an explicit goal focus, strong drive, clear communication, ability to see the whole, and high quality in deliveries through building committed and engaged teams. In addition, his coaching skills are strong, and he is a trained Professional Team Coach.
